• Mode of ECLS (VA, VV, etc.) or additional support devices
• Support type (Cardiac, pulmonary, etc.)
• Availability of transplant services
• Access to transport services (internal or from referral institutions)
• Established protocols with referral institutions regarding cannulation and transport
