The flow reading is NOT available but circuit pressures consistent with ongoing forward flow:
- Negative PINLET
- Positive PPRE-ML and PPOST-ML with preserved pressure drop
- Patient is stable

Check the flowmeter: closure, direction, need for ultrasonic gel (old flowmeters)

If the problem persists, change the flowmeter.

Strictly monitor the circuit and the patient.

Document the event and related procedures in the patient's chart.
