Does the patient have the following contraindications:

• Irreversible neurological injury or high-grade intracranial hemorrhage
• Prolonged acidosis/hypotension causing irreversible multisystem organ failure
• Known contraindication if recovery is unlikely
• Contraindications to anticoagulation or severe/uncontrolled systemic bleeding or clotting disorder
