Adult Dose^:
Loading Dose: 1.5 mg/kg IV. May repeat every 3–5 minutes to a maximum of 4.5 mg/kg total for refractory status epilepticus.
Maintenance Infusion (Initial): 1 mg/kg/hr titrated to seizure control
Pediatric Dose^:
Loading Dose: 1–2 mg/kg/dose IV x 1
Maintenance Infusion (Initial): 1 mg/kg/hr, titrated to seizure control. Usual maximum dose is 7 mg/kg/hr.
Neonatal Dose^:
Loading Dose: 1–2 mg/kg/dose IV x 1
